Our venue for ScalaDays 2026 will be Kulturbrauerei, a monument of industrial culture and an event location in the heart of Berlin, in the vibrant neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg, making it easily accessible via public transport or bike and offering ample opportunities for sightseeing, shopping, culture and related activities nearby.
Starting off as an actual brewery in the mid 19th century, the compound grew to over 25,000 m² over the years and brewed beer until production was discontinued in 1967. After that, the premises was listed as a historical building in 1974, but wasn’t renovated until 1998, after which it was reopened as an event location.
Today, Kulturbrauerei is a unique location in Berlin, offering an exclusive atmosphere with impressive architecture. ScalaDays will take place mainly in a connected building complex that encompasses Palais, Maschinenhaus and Kesselhaus.
